Understanding and Creating a Slick jQuery Tabs

After struggling in a few articles about making menus and a few jQuery effects, we now shift to making slick little tab or there is also a tab called organic but still use the jQuery framework as a source of control. We agreed it was the naming of the slick in the tab so you can easily understand it.
