Both of these Android phones using similar screen technology. The main difference is the screen size. Samsung Galaxy Mini uses 3.14 inches screen, while the LG Optimus Me P350 using 2.8 inches screen.

The screen quality is equally good. It shows bright and rich colors, the viewing angle is pretty good. However, because of both of the phone use same screen resolution (240 × 320 pixels), picture shown on LG Optimus Me looks smoother, it’s simply because this phone use smaller screen. On the other hand, because Samsung Galaxy Mini use bigger screen, it will make easier for the user to use the screen, for example for typing using the virtual QWERTY keyboard.

LG Optimus Me P350 video recording quality is slightly superior than Galaxy Mini. LG Optimus Me can record up to VGA resolution video (640 × 480 pixels) at 24 fps (frames / sec). While the Samsung Galaxy Mini can only do QVGA video recording (320 × 240 pixels) with speed limited to 15 fps. Thus, the video that produce by LG Optimus Me is not only have greater resolution, but it also looks smoother.

For the camera quality, both of this Android phones are showing similar performance. Both are not equipped with auto focus nor flash.

Both of phone use a 600 MHz processor, thus their performance is not so different from each other. We know that Samsung Galaxy Mini also using Adreno 200 GPU (Graphic processor unit), while we still can’t confirmed what GPU that use in Optimus Me, but either Galaxy Mini nor Optimus Me can play 3D games pretty smooth. There are quite a lot of games that can be installed on these phones; even some of HD (high definition) games are still playable on both of the phones.

Just for note, some LG Optimus Me users reported that switching between menus on this phone sometimes feels a little bit laggy (while some others don’t have a problem with it or maybe they are not notice it).
